Ingredients
2 cloves |
crushed garlic |
|
1 |
chopped onion |
|
2 tbs |
olive oil |
|
1 can |
(28 oz.) tomato puree |
|
1 can |
(28 oz.) crushed tomatoes |
|
1 tbs |
sugar |
|
1 tbs |
Sweet basil |
|
1 tsp |
oregano |
|
|
Preparation
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil.
Pour into your crock pot.
Add remaining ingredients to crock pot.
Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
Serve over your favorite macaroni and sprinkle with "non dairy parmesean cheese".
can be usedin a pasta casserole instead of bottled spaghetti sauce.
