Pea Pod-Cucumber Salad

Yield: 4 Servings
2 tbs oil
2 cloves garlic; minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 tbs sesame oil
2 tbs brown sugar
1 ds Liquid hotpepper sauce
6 oz Pkg frozenChinese pea pod; - thawed and drained on paper towels
2 md Cucumbers; peeled,halved, seeded and cut into 1/4 inch sticks
1 sm Rib celery;julienned

Heat oil in small skillet; add garlic and cook, stirring, until garlic is lightly browned.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar and pepper sauce and mix well.
Let cool.
One hour before serving, combine pea pods, cucumber sticks and celery in large serving bowl.
Pour dressing over and toss thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
