Eggless 'Egg' Salad

Ingredients
16 oz low-fat fofu,drained and mashed
2 stalks celery, diced
1/4 cup red onion,diced
4 tables. nayonaise
1/4 cup parsley
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp sea salt
2 tables. apple cidervinegar

Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a medium-size mixing bowl.
Refrigerate overnight.

There really is a lot of options, just takes a different way of thinking.
