Ingredients

Liquid egg replacer toequal 1 egg |

1 tbs |
water |
|
1 tsp |
lemon juice |
|
2 tbs |
minced fresh parsley |
|
2 cloves |
minced garlic |
|
1 tbs |
soya sauce |
|
1/4 cup |
tahini (sesame-seedpaste) |
|
2 cups |
cooked orcanned chickpeas, drained |
|
1 tsp |
ground cumin |
|
1 tsp |
ground coriander |
|
1/2 tsp |
chili powder |
|
1/3 cup |
wheat germ |
|
|
Preparation
In food processor, blend all ingredients until fairly smooth.
Form into patties and fry (I use a nonstick pan) until lightly browned on both sides.
