Falafel 3

Ingredients
Liquid egg replacer toequal 1 egg
1 tbs water
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbs minced fresh parsley
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbs soya sauce
1/4 cup tahini (sesame-seedpaste)
2 cups cooked orcanned chickpeas, drained
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/3 cup wheat germ

Preparation
In food processor, blend all ingredients until fairly smooth.

Form into patties and fry (I use a nonstick pan) until lightly browned on both sides.
