Hummus 2

Ingredients
1 x 16-ounce cangarbanzo beans (chick peas)
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbs lemon juice
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbs parsley

Preparation
Drain garbanzo beans, reserving 1/4 cup of liquid.

Place beans, the 1/4 cup reserved liquid, garlic, lemon juice, oil and cumin into a blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth.
