Hummus 3

Ingredients
2 cups cooked garbanzos
1/4 to 1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tbs tahini
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt to taste

Preparation
water (from cooking the beans) as needed for correct consistency

Blend well; garnish humus with parsley, olive oil and spicy paprika;

eat with warmed pita bread and sliced vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, turnips, ...)
