Hummus 5

(made from Chick Peas) is really easy and VERY tasty.
I'm not much on measuring but try this on for size and adjust to taste:
1 can (15 oz.) chick peas - process these until well
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini (sesame-seedpaste)
1 T garlic
1/4 T cumin

Blend until creamy.
If too thick or dry add a little more olive oil.
If you like a garlicky hummus, add more!
Serve on pita wedges.
Top with garden fresh tomato slices for a yummy lunch.
