(made from Chick Peas) is really easy and VERY tasty.
I'm not much on measuring but try this on for size and adjust to taste: |
Ingredients
1 can |
(15 oz.) chick peas - process these until well |
|
1/4 cup |
olive oil |
|
1/4 cup |
lemon juice |
|
1/4 cup |
tahini (sesame-seedpaste) |
|
1 T |
garlic |
|
1/4 T |
cumin |
|
|
Preparation
Blend until creamy.
If too thick or dry add a little more olive oil.
If you like a garlicky hummus, add more!
Serve on pita wedges.
Top with garden fresh tomato slices for a yummy lunch.
