Vegan Vanilla Cake |

Mix these dry ingredients: |
Ingredients
2 cup |
soft speltflour |
|
1 tbs |
baking powder |
|

Preparation
In another vessel, mix these wet ingredients
- 1/3 c oil
- 2/3 c maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 c vanilla Vitasoy (or whatever)
Mix all together. Put in a Bundt pan and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
I don't think it needs icing, but if you disagree you could try mixing up icing sugar with margarine and a bit of soy milk.
