Ingredients
1 lb |
Tofu (soft, not silken) |

3 T |
Oil (not a strong flavored oil) |
|
4 T |
Cocoa powder |
|
2 T |
Carob Powder |
|
1/2 T |
tahini |
|
1/3 cup |
maple syrup |
|
6 T |
sweetener |
|
1 T |
vanilla |
|
|
Chocolate/Carob Chips, dairy-free, melted(optional) |
|

Preparation
In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping sides with a rubber spatula periodically. Chill in parfait glasses before serving.
